আমাদের সম্পর্কে 

The administration and establishment division of BAEC started there/its functions such as secretarial, administrative, Logistic and personnel management related work through President Order No. 15 0f 1973 to assist the chief executive (Chairman) and the commission to achieve the vision and mission of the BAEC. In 1984 the Enam Committee Report showed this division as Administration and Establishment Division under the Secretary of BAEC.

Since 2012 the administration and establishment Division of BAEC had been divided into two separate division. One is Administration Division and another one is Establishment Division and two Director were appointed as the head of the division. Later, in 2023 the BAEC Act 2017 was amended and the post of secretary of the BAEC was changed to the post of Director (administration), as a result The Director, Administrative Division of BAEC post was changed to Head, administrative division but the responsibilities of the administrative division of the commission is the same (office Order No.----/2023).

 

 লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য

The Administration Division provides a platform of services that enable the BAEC to successfully deliver its Research & Development programmed. To run smoothly the organization, this division has taken the necessary step to manage, co-ordinate and to control the employee to achieve the ultimate goal. The Administrative Department is committed to provide better and quality services to the researchers and to provide all necessary support to develop the quality standards of the organization by building a research friendly environment, transparent, accountable, knowledge based, welfare oriented, data driven, automated and integrated efficient smart administration.

 

To Develop and manage the administrative welfare and logistics (Coordination, Pension and welfare, Physical security Management, Health & Hygiene Management, Transport Management, Logistic & Inventory Management, Protocol and Social Gathering Management, Utility Management, Housekeeping Management) of BAEC effectively to achieve the goal of BAEC.

The Administration Division is committed to Coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and recommendation of the functions of o6 Branch (Administration Branch, Coordination Branch, Stores Branch, Security Branch, Transport Branch and Pension Branch).

  1. To Coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the functions of Admiration Branch of Admin Division of BAEC.

  2. To Coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the functions of Coordination Branch of Admin Division of BAEC.

  3. To Coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the functions of the Store and logistic branch of Admin Division of BAEC.

  4. To Coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the functions of Pension Branch of Admin Division of BAEC.

  5. To Coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the functions of Security Branch of Admin Division of BAEC.

  6. To Coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the functions of Transport Branch of Admin Division of BAEC.
